Jennifer A. Ashley Jen specializes in the representation of technology companies in the software, hardware, information technology, biotechnology, biopharmaceutical, medical device and other life sciences industries. Her experience includes structuring, drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial arrangements, including technology licenses, research and development collaborations, service provider relationships, and manufacturing, supply and distribution agreements. Prior to joining Kendall, Koenig & Oelsner, Jen served as the Director of Corporate Legal Affairs for Pharmion Corporation, a specialty biopharmaceutical company. Prior to her in-house role, she was an associate in the Life Sciences and Technology Transactions practice groups of the Colorado office of Cooley Godward LLP. Jen received a J.D., with honors, in 2000 from The University of Texas School of Law, where she served on the Legal Research Board. She received a B.A. degree in Biological Sciences and Sociology from Southern Methodist University, graduating magna cum laude. Jen is admitted to practice in Colorado. She is a member of the Colorado Bar Association and the Boulder County Bar Association. |
