Kevin Gibson Kevin represents venture capital and institutional investors and private and public companies in connection with a variety of business transactions and corporate matters. He has extensive experience representing clients in venture capital and equity financings, initial and secondary public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, company formations and general corporate governance. Prior to joining KKO, Kevin practiced in the Menlo Park, California office of Gunderson Dettmer Stough Villeneuve Franklin & Hachigian LLP. Before attending law school, Kevin was a CPA in the Denver, Colorado office of PricewaterhouseCoopers, focusing on audit and business consulting advisory services. Kevin graduated from the UCLA School of Law in 2001. He received a BA in Accounting, magna cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame in 1995. |
