Christopher represents public and private companies and investors in a broad range of corporate and securities matters including mergers, acquisitions, leveraged buy-outs, tender offers and equity and debt financings. In addition to advising both public and private companies on general corporate matters, Christopher has extensive experience counseling public companies with respect to their reporting obligations under the federal securities laws and stock exchange rules.

Christopher began his legal career as an associate in the corporate and securities department of Arnold & Porter in Washington, D.C. and McLean, Virginia. Prior to joining Kendall, Koenig & Oelsner, Christopher was an associate in the business and finance department of Hogan & Hartson in Denver, Colorado.

Christopher graduated with high honors from Emory University School of Law, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif and served as editor-in-chief of the Emory Law Journal. He received a B.A. in Biology, from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
