Nikki Patterick Nikki specializes in corporate and securities law. She represents private and public companies and investors in a variety of transactions, including venture capital financings, private placements, public offerings, mergers, acquisitions, company formations, and other general corporate matters. Prior to joining Kendall, Koenig & Oelsner, Nikki completed a judicial clerkship with Justice Gregory Hobbs, Jr. of the Colorado Supreme Court and worked as an associate in the Colorado office of Cooley Godward, LLP. Nikki received a J.D. from the University of Michigan in 2003, where she was the Managing Editor of the Michigan Telecommunications and Technology Law Review. She received her B.A. in Philosophy, cum laude, in 1998 from the University of Texas. |
